On Tuesday, October 17, Prof. Vincent Denoël from the University of Liège, winner of the Junior Award of the International Association for Wind Engineering, visited the working group for a scientific exchange on "Equivalent Static Wind Load and Vortex-Induced Vibrations". This year the International Wind Engineering Conference took place in Florence. The working group was represented by several participants.

On 17.09 and 18.09 the 18th WTG-D-A-C-H conference will take place at the RWTH Aachen. There will also be contributions from our working group.

This year's ICWE (International Conference on Wind Technology) will take place from 27.08 to 31.08 in Florence.

Last week we finished the Master's course Fluid Dynamics in Computational Engineering with a visit to the Boundary Layer Wind Tunnel lab.
